§ 4.4. Manufactured Housing Subdivision

Meriwether County has recently had an influx of manufactured home subdivisions, or divisions of land being sold per lot for the placement of manufactured housing. These subdivisions have much larger lots than manufactured home communities but should conform to lot sizes allowed in the Meriwether County Subdivision Regulations.
