§ 8.2. Subdivision Regulations

The use of subdivision regulations in the implementation of the Land Use Plan is essential. As provided in the State Enabling Legislation, subdivision regulations are designed to help insure adequate street layouts and building lots, provide site improvements (sewer, water mains, street pavements, etc.) and promote conformance to the Land Use Plan.
