§ 9-58. Hardship variance.

Where, due to unusual conditions, the board of zoning appeals find that strict compliance with these regulations may result in excessive hardship or practical difficulties, certain variances may be authorized by the board of zoning appeals; provided substantial justice is done, the public interest secured, and the variance will not nullify the intent or purpose of this article.
