§ 3-142. Age restrictions.

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) years may be permitted to enter a food establishment serving food on the premises until 10:00 p.m. After 10:30 p.m., no one under the age of eighteen (18) years may remain on the premises of any food establishment serving food on the premises unless that minor is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
